We have an opening in our Labor & Employment Section for a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of employment and traditional labor law experience. Employment litigation and traditional labor law (advice/counsel, litigation, and/or collective bargaining) experience preferred.
Ideal candidates will have a distinguished academic background, impeccable references and CA Bar membership. Strong research, writing and analytical skills as well as excellent communication skills are required. We seek team players who are practical, take initiative, have strong project-management skills, and are seeking an entrepreneurial environment with partnership prospects in a collaborative environment.
