Generational Diversity: From Conflict to Capitalization
For the first time in history, there are five generations in the workforce, each bringing unique perspectives, preferences, strengths, and challenges to the workplace. Neha’s talk will explore ways to transform the experience of generational diversity from problem to opportunity by inspiring the audience to foster a constructive culture for cross-generational communication and, thereby, better capitalize on their own strengths as well as the unique strengths of each generation.

Join us, invite a mentor / mentee / someone from a different generation, and commit to building stronger cross-generational relationships within BWLNC and our profession!
