As Sean announced last week, two new VP positions have opened in Legal, one heading Corporate Law and the other heading Litigation. A summary job description information is below:

Minimum qualifications for the positions include a JD degree, admission to a State bar or the District of Columbia bar, 12+ years of expertise in a corporate setting or law firm, a track record of success and good judgment, strategic problem solving abilities, people management and mentoring skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills. For the Litigation position, an undergraduate or graduate degree in biological sciences, chemistry, or the like is preferred but not required.
