GENERAL COUNSEL

Overview: The CLO will serve as a member of the senior executive leadership team and maintain responsibility for leading and managing the global legal affairs of the Company, including the management of the legal function. Reporting to the President, the CLO will provide business and legal counsel to the Board of Directors, the senior leadership team, and various business leaders. The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership capabilities, strong talent management and development experience and excellent business acumen in order to serve as both a legal and business advisor.

Experience: The successful candidate will have 20+ years of legal experience as a corporate generalist who led and managed public company governance, complex litigation and investigation matters, ethics and compliance, transactions, intellectual property and marketing, among other areas. The successful candidate will also have demonstrated leadership skills, excellent management experience and a proven track record of effectively handling a significant legal function in a matrixed environment. A combination of foundational top law firm followed by in-house experience in financial services or technology is strongly preferred.

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
