The California Energy Commission is looking to fill the Chief Counsel position that will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating legal work. The position serves as the Energy Commission’s chief attorney and is responsible for providing advice directly to the Commissioners and the Executive Director on all legal matters and issues that may arise in the scope of the Commission carrying out its responsibilities.

A law degree and active membership in the California State Bar is required for this position.
