The Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of California (“FPD”) is accepting applications for a full-time Fellowship Attorney, who will serve as an Assistant Federal Public Defender. This position will be stationed in the San Francisco office of the Federal Public Defender.
The term for this position will begin in the Fall of 2021. The term for the Fellowship will end on September 1, 2022.
The Defender operates under the authority of the Criminal Justice Act, 18 U.S.C. § 3006A, to provide defense services in federal criminal cases. More information about the office may be found at www.ndcalfpd.org.
