The Honorable Patricia Ann McKinley Memorial Luncheon

Join us as we honor the life and legacy of Judge McKinley and all of the black women lawyers here in Northern California.

The Honorable Patricia Ann McKinley was a Bay Area native who was appointed to the Bay Municipal Court by Governor Jerry Brown in 1982. At age 33, she was the youngest and first African-American woman ever appointed to that court, and after just three years on the bench, her colleagues named her Presiding Judge! Sadly, in 1986, Judge McKinley tragically lost her battle with cancer at the age of 37. Please join us as we celebrate her legacy, honor current trailblazers and develop future leaders.

This event will include a sit down lunch.
